TK BAZIS - M User Agreement

Introduction

Please carefully read this user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) before using the gamesdrop.io website and its services. Use of the site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the site and its services.

Definitions

Use of Services

  1. Application of Terms: These Terms apply to your access and use of TK BAZIS - M services, regardless of the type of device or software.
  2. Use License: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use our services for your personal purposes.
  3. Access and Use of Services: You can purchase digital content through our services using a variety of payment methods. We do not store your credit card information.
  4. Payment Facilitation Services: Purchases are made either directly from publishers or through our platform. We provide support services for payment processing.
  5. Publisher Codes: We are not responsible for redeeming codes or providing products or services from publishers.
  6. Modification of Services: We reserve the right to make changes to the Services at any time.
  7. Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchases.
  8. Dispute Resolution: If you have any disputes or claims related to your purchases, please contact the publisher directly or us to resolve the issue.
  9. Error Handling: We endeavor to correct any transaction errors to your benefit.

Payment and Return Policy TK BAZIS - M

Making payments and returns

  • Payment. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, bank charges, and third‑party charges related to your purchases.
  • General refund rules. A refund is issued if the service was not rendered or was of unsatisfactory quality (funds not credited, a code cannot be redeemed, or the wrong item was delivered). You must contact support with your order number and evidence. We review requests within 72 hours; once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method, or to your account balance if the original method is unavailable. Settlement time depends on your bank/payment provider and is typically 3–10 business days. Payment system fees are non‑refundable.
  • Steam top‑ups. Refunds are available if the paid funds were not credited to your Steam account within 10 calendar days or were credited incorrectly due to our fault.
  • Game top‑ups, in‑game currency, and subscriptions. If funds were not credited, partially credited, or credited to the wrong account due to our fault, we will reapply the top‑up or refund. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours after payment or after you become aware of the issue. After correct crediting, no refunds are provided except for confirmed service defects.
  • Gift cards and digital codes. No refunds or exchanges after activation. If a code is not delivered, is corrupted, or cannot be redeemed, notify support within 72 hours; we will replace the code or refund to the original payment method (or to your account balance if the original method is unavailable).
  • Telegram Stars. If stars are not credited or the wrong amount is delivered to the specified Telegram account, submit a request within 72 hours. After successful delivery, refunds are not provided unless a service defect is confirmed.
  • Other digital goods. Refunds are available only for non‑delivery or unsatisfactory quality. After proper delivery/activation, refunds are not provided.

Additionally

  • We reserve the right to require additional transaction confirmations to prevent fraud.
  • Users must notify customer support of any transaction issues within a reasonable time.

Consumer rights protection

Product Descriptions: While we strive to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, we do not warrant their completeness or accuracy.
Returns: Transactions are final. Refunds will only be issued if expressly stated in these Terms or upon successful resolution of the dispute.

Responsibility of the parties

The user is personally responsible for any actions performed using his account.
TK BAZIS - M is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the site and the loss of information caused by them.

Changes to the Agreement

TK BAZIS - M has the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time without special notice to the user; the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

Additional terms

TK BAZIS - M has the right to set restrictions on the use of the site for all users or certain categories of users (depending on place of residence, language, etc.), including: availability/unavailability of certain functions of the site, maximum number of messages for a certain period of time, maximum the size of disk space, the maximum number of calls to the service over a certain period of time, and others.

Final provisions

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan. All possible disputes arising from the relations governed by this Agreement are resolved in the manner established by the legislation of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the norms of Kazakhstan.
