If you don't find the information you need on this list, our 24/7 support team is always online and ready to quickly resolve any situation. Our goal is to make topping up your favorite games honest, reliable, and profitable!

🔒 Service Security and Quality Guarantees:

🤝 Can I trust gamesdrop.io?

Absolutely! Our project operates with stability and transparency. Since our launch, we have successfully processed a huge number of orders and gathered tons of positive reviews. All payments go through certified global gateways, and in-game currency is delivered exclusively via legal methods. Thousands of gamers around the world trust us.

🛡️ Is there any risk of my account being banned if I buy here?

This is entirely impossible. We use only official top-up methods that never violate the end-user licensing agreements of game developers. For the vast majority of our products, we only need your Player UID (ID). We never ask for passwords or any other secret credentials.

🔒 How do you protect my data?

We partner directly with licensed processing systems and use advanced data encryption in accordance with modern security standards. Your sensitive payment details are never stored on our servers, nor are they shared with any third party.

🎣 How can I avoid phishing or scammers?

Please be very careful: scammers may sometimes attempt to clone our website's design. Always verify that the address bar displays exactly "gamesdrop.io" and add our site to your bookmarks. Most importantly: gamesdrop.io support will never message you first asking for your game password!

💳 Prices, Payments, and Refunds:

💸 Why do the prices of items change?

The final cost of offers depends on active interbank exchange rates and the commercial conditions set by our global suppliers. We constantly monitor the market to provide the best, most appealing prices with no hidden fees. Any sudden price adjustments are strictly related to global market dynamics.

🔄 My order status changed to "Canceled" — how do I get my money back?

In the event of a cancellation, the full purchase amount is automatically and instantly returned to your internal balance (Coins) in your profile dashboard. Ensure that you are logged into your account to see this balance. You can immediately spend these Coins on another game or contact support to request a full withdrawal to your card.

🏦 Why wasn't the refund sent straight back to my bank card?

Due to strict regulations on banking and processing gateways, we cannot always issue an automated, direct refund to your original payment method in real-time. This is why the system credits your account balance as Coins instead. If you strictly require the funds returned to your card, please write to our live chat, and we will evaluate initiating a manual refund.

⭐ Why didn't I receive profile XP or cashback for my recent purchase?

Internal cashback (Coins) does not apply to certain item categories. If a specific product is being sold at very close to cost price with a zero margin, we disable bonus point accumulation for that purchase. This deliberate choice allows us to offer you the absolute lowest price on the market to begin with.

📦 Order Processing and Delivery Speeds:

🚚 My order has been pending in processing for a long time — what should I do?

First, double-check whether you correctly entered your Player UID and selected the appropriate server region. If your data is correct, the delay is most likely caused by technical maintenance or severe server overload on the mobile game's side. Write to our support team — we will manually monitor the status and try to push the transaction through faster.

🎮 The game (or currency amount) I need isn't in the catalog

Our catalog is updated weekly. If a game is brand new or not yet supported by our providers' technical gateways, it might be missing. Drop us a message in support or on social media requesting its addition — we collect all feedback and do everything we can to integrate requested titles as quickly as possible.

🕹️ A game was on the site yesterday, but today its category is gone. Why?

Such disappearances mean our supply partners have temporarily suspended their payment gateways for that game. This is a necessary protective measure against failed transactions, not a permanent removal. As soon as gateway stability is restored, the game will automatically reappear in our public catalog.

🆔 Is it possible to delete a previously saved UID from memory?

Of course. Navigate to your personal profile via the top menu, open the "Details/Accounts" section, find the UID in question, and click the "Delete" button. It will no longer appear as an auto-fill option during checkout.

ℹ️ Other Issues and Inquiries:

⌛ The support chat is taking a long time to answer — have I been ignored?

We strive to reply within mere minutes, but during periods of high customer volume or major server disruption, response times can lengthen. We guarantee that we process ABSOLUTELY all incoming tickets strictly in the order they were received. Your message has not disappeared; please have a little patience and we will definitively assist you.

📝 The internal system isn't crediting a completed task

If you are attempting to complete a Telegram-related task, first ensure that you have successfully linked your Telegram account in your gamesdrop.io profile settings. Also, read the task requirements carefully. If everything was done correctly but the reward is missing, feel free to contact support and we will credit it manually.

❌ How do I clear items from my 'Favorites' list?

To do this, simply head into your profile settings and delete the saved game credentials (UID) for that specific product. Once the credentials are removed, the product will disappear from your favorites showcase.
