If everything was filled out correctly, but the donation hasn't arrived:
- there might be technical maintenance happening in the game;
- payments can fall into a virtual queue and get delayed;
- some items have limits (e.g., 2 times a week or 1 time a month) — such orders are automatically canceled;

- describe the situation, state the ID and the order number.
🔄 Refunds
If an order is cancelled before being fulfilled, the funds are returned to the same account from which the payment was made. The crediting timeframe depends on your bank (usually from 1 to 5 business days).
